Our client based in the city centre is recruiting for an Full Time Office Administrator

Pay Rate for this position is £12.20 to ££13.50 per hour depending on experience.


Hours will be 35 hours per week



You will work with the whole team, providing administrative and operational support. Our client is looking for someone with great people skills, as well as drive, initiative, and determination. You'll be diligent with details and accuracy and have a dynamic approach to your work. You will be a natural problem solver, always looking to improve upon current processes and efficiency.


Your duties will include:



  • Data input - property maintenance invoices onto our CRM system

  • Dealing with the day-to-day administration for the charity

  • Ensure all insurance policies and utility contracts are updated and renewed, as necessary.

  • Prepare and arrange agendas, provide relevant papers, and attend all meetings of the Charities, taking notes (always with another member of staff to assist)

  • Point of contact for resident applicants, including the maintenance of a waiting list

  • Deal with correspondence in a timely manner


Skills and experience required include:



  • Experience of general administration

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office - especially Word and Excel

  • Full UK driving licence (you may drive to meetings in one of our company cars)


This is initially a temporary position but for the right candidate could become a permanent position.
