The role will be responsible for office administration and active support of employee life cycle operations, assistance in documentation upkeep and maintenance of routine analytics for critical insights. They will be the first point of contact for HR and operational issues across organisation and will consistently strive towards operational excellence and employee experience.

The Office Admin will report to EA to Chairman.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Office front desk / reception

  • Office support for all other offices

  • Monitor and supervise COVID Safety guidelines and Maintain visitor record to facilitate track and trace

  • Office Supply & stock maintenance including kitchen and stationery supplies, courier management, office upkeep & Adequate stocking of PPE across all offices and marketing showrooms

  • First point of contact for IT resolution; assets upkeep including printer, mobile, handset repair / replacement, asset reconciliation and maintenance of asset register and employee directory

  • Vendor (suppliers) management, Purchase Order administration including invoice entry and supporting documentations/receipts

  • Responsible for employee onboarding and infra readiness

  • Facilitate Employee engagement initiatives, staff party and other related interventions

  • Internal communication; including Admin/IT or related maintenance information

  • Assist Senior Leadership team with administrative tasks including documentation support /scan, upload, courier dispatch & record
