Adecco Newbury currently have a brilliant temporary opportunity to start immediately with the view to going permanent. This role is a busy position based in a Thatcham office in a small team paying a salary of £21,000-£25,000 depending on experience.

Duties to include but not limited to;

*Responsible for answering phone and providing exceptional customer service

*Processing customer orders, changes and returns according to procedure

*Light accounting duties, AP/AR and invoicing

*Provide support and administrative assistance to the sales team

*Other data entry and office administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will ideally have...

* An excellent and professional telephone manner

*Experience with ERP systems - SAP Business One preferred

*Ability to work independently

*Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

*Excellent communication and time management skills

*A strong work ethic with a history of being dependable

*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

*Some accounting experience
