Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be working with a highly successful consultancy firm based in Central Bristol. Our client, who are specialists in the medical field are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their close knit and sociable team to provide crucial support across the core team.
The right candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment supporting a team, be open to prioritising your own workload and have an incorruptible attitude to work.

Duties include:



* Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining office policies
* Maintaining a clean, presentable, and organised office
* Providing support for HR initiatives
* Supporting marketing activities
* Booking and organising travel logistics for the team
* Generating reports for senior management
* Assisting with project scheduling and resource management
* Managing holiday and sickness booking / records
* Managing team expenses and general bookkeeping administration
