Adecco Cramlington are delighted to represent their in a search for an enthusiastic, driven Office Manager/PA to join their team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong Management potential, will have a knowledge of office procedures, sales, invoicing and order processing, basic accounting and scheduling of work.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • The successful candidate will organise and manage:

  • Travel arrangements for staff and management

  • Prepare finances for accountants, upload and process invoices into Sage

  • Time and attendance monitoring

  • Sickness Monitoring

  • Holiday authorisation and ensuring cover

  • Booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches for meetings, tea and coffee etc.

  • Purchasing cover

  • Office Cleaning regime and tidiness for visitors etc

  • General admin duties, reception cover and managing workload of other admin staff

  • ISO Admin on 9001 & 14001

Qualifications and Skills

Ideally you will have experience of working in an admin environment. In addition, you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • PA / Office Manager experience

  • Excellent written and verbal English

  • Good PC Skills and Office Knowledge

  • Ability to multitask

  • Very well presented

  • Flexibility, Punctual & Honest

  • Ability to be proactive and think outside the box

  • Efficient with excellent organisational skills

  • Good work ethic

  • Hard working Team Player
