Our Client is seeking an Office Manager on a full time, permanent basis. They wish to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised and efficient Office Manager to run the Main Office. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, be able to think on their feet and demonstrate multi-tasking managerial skills.

Daily Duties:

  • To be responsible for the efficient daily running of the office

  • To line manage the Receptionists and ensure tasks are delegated appropriately.

  • To ensure all visitors receive a warm welcome and are signed in correctly.

  • To ensure that the Front of House area is well-presented at all times.

  • To deal with all queries sensitively and efficiently.
