We are looking for an Office Manager & EA to provide support to the director of a well-established company offering recruitment solutions to the entertainment industry.


As an office manager you will be in charge of overseeing the day to day management of the Stratford office while also liaising with the Dubai office to ensure consistency throughout the company.


The ideal candidate would be a business-minded and adaptable individual with strong analytical and observational skills.



Responsibilities - EA



  • Diary Management



  • Email management



  • Travel bookings (hotel bookings/trains etc)



  • Minutes and actions at meetings



  • Sending reports to company directors



  • Organising meetings and meeting logistics



  • Gatekeeping (when required) by dealing with callers on the phone and in person



Responsibilities - Office Manager



  • Managing office working environment to ensure that it is operating smoothly and efficiently



  • Management of ISO compliance



  • Management of administrative procedures in the office, including holidays, sickness and absence, documentation continuity etc.



  • Oversee contractual documents and agreements



  • Insurance - renewal/claims



  • Software Management - new users/support



  • Managing the office's recruitment needs, including managing the new starter process and induction



  • Oversee HR processes and liaise with external HR consultants



  • Management of suppliers



Responsibilities - Recruitment



  • Have a proactive involvement in the sourcing of new crew



  • Ensure that all recruitment administration, including the uploading of documents onto CRM is complete in a timely fashion



You will have:



  • Worked with CRM software before



  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel



  • The ability to liaise at all levels and multitask within a busy environment


You will be:



  • Comfortable with delegating



  • Able to identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner



  • Able to work under pressure and motivate a team to deliver even in difficult circumstances
