My family run business is seeking a new Office manager to join their small office team. A varied and busy role in a lovely environment.

The role responsibilities,

Office Management & Administration - assist in the administration of the Estate office including telephone answering, responding to emails and dealing with tenants queries etc. -

Facilities Management - Key holder responsibilities and management of ongoing maintenance contracts, repairs schedules, and managing contractors through to job sign-off. -

Human Resources - to assist the Directors with recruitment, new starter management and inductions, and any employment issues that may arise, along with the coordination of staff welfare and events. Ensure the businesses comply with all statutory and legal obligations and guidelines. -

Health & Safety - to ensure an acute health & safety awareness across all businesses, reducing risks to all stakeholders. Ensure the businesses comply with all statutory and legal obligations and guidelines. -

Events - assistance with running of events programme.

Monday to Friday with potential to work on weekends to assist on events occasionally.

Candidate may need to drive due to location.
