OFFICE MANAGER / TEAM ADMINISTRATOR



TEMPORARY POSITION WITH THE POTENTIAL TO GO PERMANENT FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE



£10 - £14 PER HOUR




TO START ASAP



Supporting the Directors and the team as well as manging the smoothrunnign of the office of 6 full time staff.


The scope of your role can be extensive and additional duties may include:



Office responsibilities



  • Administer HR related documentation for new starters and leavers

  • Organising Meetings and conference calls

  • Dealing with incoming emails, post and correspondence on behalf of the company

  • Ordering and managing stationary and office supplies

  • Liaising with the landlord to resolve office issues

  • Liaising with suppliers to produce necessary project documentation, materials & service

  • Telephone messaging

  • Booking travel arrangements and travel itineraries

  • Diary management / making appointments


Accounts



  • Maintaining expenses

  • Producing invoices for completed projects

  • Collating invoices at the end of each month

  • Monthly assisting in preparing financial information for the accounts team



Compliance



  • Conducting Compliance searches on all deals

  • Updating information for Monday team meetings

  • RICS - maintain control over employees Continuing Professional Development records


Marketing



  • Maintaining & managing website content

  • Launching, managing & administering mailing lists

  • Amending brochures

  • Produce and maintain all in-house marketing and social media (LinkedIn, Mail outs)

  • Maintain company presentation documents


Desired Attributes



  • Strong administrative skills

  • Excellent organisational skills to multitask and juggle workloads

  • Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Enjoy working with people but able to drive and self-motivate yourself as an individual

  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
