Our client seeks an experienced office manager /receptionist working for a luxury brand locally.



This is a temp-perm opportunity for the right candidate.



You will need to drive due to the location.



Duties:



  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to customers and suppliers

  • Responding to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the director

  • Arranging international travel

  • Reception duties

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site

  • Assisting in negotiating with contracts and pricing with suppliers



Skills:



  • Computer literacy, word, excel and power-point

  • Previous experience working for a luxury brand

  • High pressured environment
