We require an Estate & Office Services Assistant to assist the Estate & Office Services Manager in providing administrative and office support services to the Mayfair office.

Key Accountability's

* Distribution of all post, internal and external mail, all royal mail collections and deliveries (daily) at Grosvenor Street and Mount Row, including special deliveries, packing of parcels and mailings.

* To provide break cover to front desk security daily.

* To maintain and order office stationery, approval of orders ensuring the correct business units are charged.

* Ordering and Distribution of all printed stationery across Mayfair and Branch network and charge to the correct business unit.

* To organise, lay out and set up for meetings, seminars and events.

* Movement of office furniture with Estate & Office Services Manager including new office set ups and layouts.

* To organise and order all refreshments and crockery for staff and events.

* Health and safety inductions as instructed by the Estate & Office Services Manager

* To provide cover for Estate & Office Services Manager while they are on leave.

* Ordering of couriers for Mayfair and Branch network.

* Marketing brochure distribution across all offices.

* Collection of evening daily papers.

* Reviewing of all office service-based contracts, inc franking machine, water bottles, shredding across Branch network and Mayfair in conjunction with Estate & Office Services Manager.

* Daily heavy lifting of deliveries, and furniture for meeting room setups.

* To ensure that all security shredding is kept safe and collected upon request for Mayfair and Branch network.

* Any other duties as instructed by the Estate & Office Services Manager.

Qualifications / Experience Required

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 A-C or 4-9 grades

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

* Previous experience in Financial Services is desirable
