Office Team Leader (Must be fluent in English and French)

Full time position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Based in Richmond

Salary: £28,000

Immediate start

This varied role will be suited to someone who is highly organised, bi-lingual in French and English and can manage their time efficiently during an ever-changing workload.

The candidate will need to be able to work effectively with the sales team, ensuring that they are organised and supported efficiently. The role will also involve managing various aspects of the office, including liaising with our IT department in France and managing our UK office systems.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent organisation, administrative, record keeping and clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy at all times

  • Good communication skills, Internally with colleagues, redirecting enquires where appropriate. Externally: with customers and suppliers

  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative: decision making is essential

  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising consistency in the process

  • Ability to work under pressure:

  • Keen to develop over a period of time with a willingness and ability to learn.

  • Fluent in English and French

Office Assistance:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis

  • Monitor supplier accounts and resolve any invoicing issues whilst ensuring timely payment

  • Assist with supplier management and negotiate best rates

  • Process all courier orders (including international) and find best rates

  • Order and maintain office refreshments selection

  • Office maintenance; resolving independently or through liaising with building facilities management

Team Assistance:

  • Process expenses for Directors in a timely manner in accordance with Group policy

  • Manage e-travel portal including negotiating pricing, booking all travel for Directors.
