We are looking for an experienced, articulate, and passionate Office Manager to join our client's private office in Central London. You must be able to provide the highest level of service and communication as well as ensure the office operates flawlessly.

Your role as Office/Operations Manager is to ensure the immaculate running of the office and team. Your main duties will include, but not be subject to:



  • General administrative duties

  • Extensive travel planning/booking

  • Assist and support the team with queries

  • Ensuring the highest level of service and discretion is given by yourself and the office at all times

  • Ensuring culture protocol is followed at all times when liaising with seniority

  • Oversee incoming and outgoing packages, contractors, courier, faxes and work order escalation notices

  • Prepare conference call minutes, staff meeting minutes, etc

  • Order, maintain and manage office contracts (supplies, copier, commissary supplies, etc)

  • Prepare contracts for vendors and assist in preparation of construction updates and agreements

  • Track contractors Certificates of Insurance

  • Track legal correspondence

  • Review security reports for accuracy

  • Update property emergency manuals

  • Accounts Payable-enter invoices, ensure proper supporting documentation for invoices

  • Any and all other duties, projects and tasks assigned


Required knowledge, experience, and skills



  • Vast experience in a similar role (Office Manager/Senior Office Manager)

  • Strong knowledge of travel booking

  • Experience working closing with international offices/teams with a good understanding of cultural protocols that must be followed

  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and confident picking up new systems

  • Passionate about ensuring the smooth running of an office and team
