Adecco are recruiting for a Field Account Manager for a leadng FMCG company in Dublin.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate good negotiation and presentation skills along with a proven sales record and knowledge of the licensed trade. They should have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role. Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean drivers' licence.

Hours of Work

Your working hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. However, the nature of the role makes considerable demand upon the time of its employees, who are expected to be reasonably available to work outside normal working hours.

Key Tasks

Actively market & promote companies portfolio within the licensed trade Build strong direct & indirect route to market business
Achievement of value and volume targets Execute promotions & visibility within the trade Be aware and report on competitor and industry updates Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base Responsibilities Reporting to the On-Trade Regional Sales Manager.

Key relationships

with On-Trade National Sales Manager, Telesales team, Trade Marketing Manager and the Brand & Marketing teams. Strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments. Strong communications with outlet owners, managers and staff.
