My well known client has a fantastic opportunity to join their company as an Online Customer Services Assistant.


Roles & Responsibilities


The primary role for this vacancy is to support our customers, and the E-commerce and Customer Service team:



  • Ensuring all orders are processed (including ensuring each day's orders have been dispatched by the Warehouse Team)

  • Assisting customers with telephone sales

  • Responding to order, delivery and product queries by email and phone

  • Managing the customer returns and refunds process

  • Working with the Customer Care team to provide high quality customer service

  • Administrating the brand's customer/membership database

As well as having a keen interest in fashion, we believe the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:



  • Computer literate, although full training on our systems will be provided

  • Enjoy helping customers and promoting the brand's ethos

  • Organised, with meticulous attention to detail

  • Have strong communication skills

  • Team player with outgoing personality

  • Takes pride in delivering high quality & accurate work


This is a full time permanent position. 37.5 hours per week.
