Our client, one of the leading investors in student HMO accommodation is looking for a dynamic Operational Administrator to join their team.


As our client is expanding their portfolio over the coming year the successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a growing company where they will work hand in hand with all parts of the business to ensure smooth operational capability and would report directly to the CEO.


Responsibilities


Overall, the Operational Administrator will have a broad range of experience in data as well as the day to day running of all operations across the business. The successful candidate's responsibilities will cover:



  • Assisting members of the team with their working requirement from the arrangement of travel expenses to the sourcing of key documents

  • Keeping track of key corporate deadlines by ensuring system is monitored. Amongst other tasks this would include ensuring corporate returns are filed on time, insurances are renewed

  • pKey responsibility for the organisation and management of the filing system for all documents, ensuring all documents are correctly located and stored

  • Competent with Microsoft Office 365, Word & Excel

  • Working in a fast paced environment to assist members of the team where needed

  • Working with the investment team to monitor the progress of jobs, identifying problems, and offering solutions


Candidate Requirements


The successful candidate must have:



  • Ability to contribute to the skills and activities of a committed staff team and supportive of the values base of the organisation

  • Competent with Microsoft Office 365, Word & Excel

  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills to liaise with clients and co-workers
