Our client is looking for a Relationships and Operations Administrator to support their corporate partners. In this role, you will be processing subscriptions and application forms. Communicating with clients via email and telephone alongside processing fees and issuing invoices. You will need to have strong problem solving skills and be comfortable negotiating and making decisions.

Daily duties may include -

  • Processing new applications

  • Being the first point of contact for nominated clients

  • Liaising with fund managers, advisers, corporate bodies and their investors to assist in aspects of fund administration.

  • Working to agreed service level agreements

  • Sustaining accurate records to fulfil operation requirements

Alongside the above you will be there as a clerical support to the Partnerships department as and when appropriate.
