Operations Administrator / Coordinator FTC


To start ASAP (within a week)


Fixed Term Contract till end of the year


£25,000 - £28,000 pro rata


London City, to work remote whilst needed
Monday to Friday - standard hours



My client is a trusted partner for that specialises in management consulting for digital transformation. They are a global company with presence in over 30 countries and 15,000 employees. They are looking for a



My client has just launched a new project with up to 60 contractors involved. The role includes managing the contractors. They are looking for an articulate, proactive and intelligent candidate who is switched on and enjoys a role where no two days are the same. The role is a FTC which will continue till the end of the year.



Some duties include:



  • Pre-boarding

  • On-boarding

  • Working with the umbrella companies

  • Timesheet management and queries

  • Invoice management and queries

  • Point of contact for anything no-technical and minor for all contractors

  • Management of contractor inbox

  • Working with the business to recruit new people

  • Making sure they come smoothly through the recruitment funnel

  • When able to, visiting the site and facilitating
