I am currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a team which supports Facilities Management in areas relating to operational risk, health and safety and sustainability.


You will provide support to colleagues across the Operational Risk and Environmental team in delivering an effective service. You will attend and minute meetings, assist the team in delivering events and campaigns in relation to sustainability and health and safety and report on accidents.


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible) - Hybrid working


Main Duties:



  • Support with meeting preparation and minute taking


  • Administering accident reporting processes, collecting and collating data to prepare health and safety reports.



  • Ensure that administrative processes are adhered to

  • Act as meeting secretary to a number of committees, forums and meetings

  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agenda's and papers, attendance registers, producing action points

  • Updating information were necessary and monitoring follow up actions

  • Co-ordinate and schedule the corporate health and safety training

  • Liaising with training providers and helping with the preparation of course materials

  • Booking rooms, hospitality and visitor car parking

  • Issue joining instructions and seek feedback in relation to the training delivered

  • Administering the Health and Safety e-learning courses,

  • Ensuring all orders and expenditure documentation is produced in line with policy and procedure

  • Produce and maintain databases

  • Informing the Health and Safety Manager of any incidents

  • Provide initial advice and support to enquiries from staff

  • Develop, update and maintain the Health and Safety pages

  • Co-ordinate and schedule Health and Safety Audits, issuing all supporting documentation
