We are currently recruiting for a Operations Administrator at our expanding and dynamic client in Earley!

The role?

Operations Administrator

The salary?

Up to £23,000 p/a

**This is a temporary - permanent position**

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with scheduling meetings

  • Making hotel bookings

  • Assist with organising company events

  • Organising the recruiting process including arranging interviews and setting up inductions

  • Diary management

  • Weekly update of contracts database

  • Setting up telephone conferences

  • Ordering stationary and other office supplies

  • Processing contracts and proposals if required

  • General office administration support to the partners and wider team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong IT skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Good time management skills

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Great communication skills


Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm
