Daily operations once fully trained:



  • Providing support to the Operations team as needed

  • Processing customer orders, working to meet customer requirements, and ensuring on time delivery

  • Maintaining strong customer service and building on relationships with both customers and distributors

  • Providing a range of administrative support to the shipping team

  • Communicating with 3rd party suppliers in the Far East to ensure customer requirements are met and deliveries are made on time to the relative freight forwarders warehouse

  • Maintaining key supplier relationships

  • General administrative duties including, but not limited to, handling emails, raising Purchase Orders, input of data, checking paperwork and maintaining our CRM database



Experience:



  • Using excel to a high standard daily

  • Confidence and a good communicator

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Positive can-do attitude within a fast-changing environment

  • A team player
