Role: Operations Assistant


Location: Leeds


Duration: 6 months - 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (Rota basis)



My High profile Wealth Management is currently looking for an Operations Assistant on a 6 month basis.



Job Profile Summary


Process incoming and outgoing client documents received via mail services, with additional requirements for coordinating mail and packages for onward distribution.



The successful candidate with have a strong commitment to providing great customer service and will have a passion for getting things right the first time. They will also have a keen eye for detail to ensure our Internal and external client needs are met.



Key Responsibilities will include:



  • Responsible for opening, organising, scanning and uploading client documents utilising Internal hardware and IT systems

  • Takes responsibility for processing each client document with the appropriate naming convention and uploading to the correct client file accordingly

  • Processes post in a timely and effective way to ensure the business performance service level agreements are met and exceeded

  • Carry out procedural/administration tasks as applicable and communicate with our Internal customers

  • Performs standard administrative data processing tasks including the management of shared mailboxes

  • Works within SPW standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues

  • Takes responsibility for self-development, actively seeking feedback and responding accordingly

  • Manages own performance to agreed goals and objectives

  • Experience in using Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Teams etc (Essential)

  • Experience of working in a transactional high volume, fast paced environment (Essential)

  • Experience of working in a Financial environment (Essential)

  • Experience/knowledge of Wealth Management industry (Desirable)
