Operations Cleaning Manager
Outside Andover
Full Time Monday to Friday

We are looking for a strong people manager to manage and develop the capability of a large operational cleaning team. The team provide a dedicated support service within a large workplace and this role will lead the team, projects, ensure compliance and more.

Responsibilities include:

- setting KPI's and managing team performance against these

- upskilling and ensuring the team are trained to deliver an outstanding service

- increasing the capability of the team leaders and supervisors to enable them to be effective coaches

- managing any HR issues within team

- developing a training programme

- ensuring compliance against H& Sand other standards

- manage stock inventory of supplies for the team

The ideal candidate will:

- have proven experience managing a large team

- hold COSHH Level 2 and IOSH qualifications

- experience conducting risk assessments and working within a facilities or cleaning support environment
