If yes, then this maybe the role for you - our client based in Letchworth Garden City is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to start immediately

Overview of the position, for the successful candidate will include:

Co-Ordinating all designated couriers ensuring a high level of support to the control and operations of the Service Centre, whilst maintaining customer SLA's. Endeavour to support efficiencies within the Service Centres whilst maintaining effective Courier relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

A successful Operations Co-ordinator positively contributes to the success of the Service Centre by supporting the Service Centre Manager/Operations Manager and all operational functions within the SC to deliver efficient and timely delivery and collections of all designated couriers in line with customer SLA's. Managing customer and courier relationships to ensure our client retains a positive commercial reputation.

Please note this is a short term assignment which will last for 8 with the view that this could be extended.
