We are currently recruiting for a modern, professional and forward thinking company.

They are looking for an excellent customer service administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an interest within finance and will be ambitious in progressing their career within this field.

Duties will include;

  • Setting up client portfolios accurately on a variety of software systems.

  • Arranging for necessary documents to be sent to clients

  • Producing statements and valuations upon request

  • Assisting with client meetings

  • Ensuring data protection and anti-money laundering requirements are met.

  • Scanning documents and filing

  • General admin and assisting the adviser's

You will need to have great attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

The ideal candidate will be organised and able to prioritise their own workload.

You will be confident communicating with people at all levels and capable of dealing with a variety of client queries.
