Operations coordinator / Project coordinator

We are looking for diligent and highly organised professional to join the Executive Team and manage productivity and communication at all levels of the organisation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience supporting C-Level Executives in a strategic capacity.

You will play a critical role in managing all routine and daily administrative tasks whilst proactively supporting the tasks and work streams of the Executive Team to enable them to meet their business objectives.

Main Duties

  • Act a gatekeeper for the executive team, filtering the flow of information from the wider organisation

  • Manage meeting agendas using own initiative to manage conflicts and maintaining a strong filing system.

  • Draft high-quality correspondence, engagement letters, documents and agendas.

  • Creating reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel) on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team

  • Create presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint and researching information for projects.

  • Support workload planning, task management and project management of key projects

  • Provide guidance and support to the Executive Team

  • Establish a strong relationship with the Executive Team, ensuring they are aligned on strategy, objectives and tasks

  • Develop an understanding of the business and the Executive Team goals and proactively seek out ways to increase their productivity

  • Maintain utmost discretion whilst being privy to highly confidential information

Skills and Experience:

  • University Graduate

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel analytical skills / PowerPoint

  • Experience of working in a technology organisation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills (Using MS Word and PowerPoint)

  • Sales force experience could be advantageous

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
