Position Title: Operations Manager

Location: UK, London, St Giles High Street.

Assignment duration: Asap (Until 02 May 2023)

Bonus Plan: Company Plan

Onsite working schedule: Hybrid model

Salary: £21.56 - £25.92 p/h

This role supports the Operations team in executing business priority projects.

Job responsibilities:

  • Program manages the progress and milestones of key business initiatives.

  • Partner closely with GTM leadership and Sales to develop deep understanding of the business, from its data & metrics, to its strategic challenges & opportunities

  • Support the definition of regional OKRs and develop the relevant reporting infrastructure to measure and drive the performance for target achievement

  • Support business performance deep dives to identify & size opportunities for growth & efficiency, contributing to the strategic direction of the business

  • Provide thought leadership to key business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights using appropriate analytical solutions

  • Conduct repeatable & ad-hoc analyses to inform, measure and drive performance against strategic initiatives


  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment

  • Data Analysis experience & ability to synthesise data into useful formats and compelling presentations/visuals to bring actionable insights for different audiences through effective communication

  • Excellent problem solving skills and high degree of analytical rigour

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL) and techniques

  • Track record working self-sufficient and alongside teams

  • Ability to understand technical detail, bring structure and clarity to it using frameworks and then simplify to make it comprehensible for others

  • Experience influencing others in large organisations; Enjoys collaboration and driving goals together with other cross-functional teams

  • Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and landscape


  • Experience in consulting, sales support, market research or data analysis.

  • Proven Analytical skills

  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience influencing and comfortable with leaning in proactively
