£35,000 - £45,000 negotiable dependant on experience.


Full-time, permanent position.



Key Skills:



  • Strong, motivational leadership skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Analytic skills and data interpretation

  • IT literate with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Previous experience or knowledge of logistics/distribution/supply chain processes is advantageous



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a small team responsible for the management of goods in processes for Europe.

  • Maintain and grow working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Liaise with senior management, reporting on progress and potential challenges.

  • Liaising with UK and European suppliers and timely response to any queries.

  • Co-ordinate internal reporting for international supply chains - reporting on stock levels, delivery status, out of stock products.

  • Maintaining and updating pricing data and reports.

  • Liaising with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure sufficient stock quantities before running promotions.

  • Attendance of weekly purchasing meetings.

  • Communication with third-part transportation and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery and assist with any challenges.

  • Assist with administrative duties such as certification and licensing requests.

  • Performing clerical duties, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures, policies and guidelines.
