Adecco Sunderland are working with an established client recruiting for an operations support admin.

In this role you will provide administrative and office management support, ensuring an efficient office service is managed and maintained.

General Duties include:

  • Working closely with the Operations Director to maximise productivity

  • Booking appointments with customers, dealing with customer availability/postponement, confirming bookings

  • Good communication skills essential

  • Keeping records of actions on CMS

  • Booking jobs onto CRM systems.

  • Timely action to ensure leads generated are complete, eligible for assistance and lead generators are chased for additional evidence

  • Good communication skills essential

  • Effective task management and closure

  • Effectively handling customer requests and queries

  • Good communication skills essential

  • Effective task management,

  • Computer use CRM systems, email

  • Chase evidence required for compliant submissions (from lead generators and customers)

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday for an initial 9-month maternity cover period with a chance to go permanent.
