I am currently recruiting for an experienced Optimise Administrator Assistant to join my market leading, highly prestigious global cosmetics client. As a Optimise Administrator Assistant, you will be joining a fast paced, collaborative & outgoing team.


The Optimise team position is situated within the Luxe Supply Chain Department. This role is responsible for helping to drive the Optimise project and support the organisation with promotions, reports, planning and allocations of stock and PLV and providing administrative support to the team.


Duties and Responsibilities of the Optimise Administrator Assistant:



  • Drive, successfully implement and manage the critical path for Project Optimise - system to allocate stock and POS material to stores

  • In liaison with marketing, sales, visual merchandising and PR, co-ordinate the information for Project Optimise

  • Update and maintain order forms on Mosaic [Reps ordering system.]

  • Key liaison with marketing, logistics, client care

  • Attend Sales Operations and all sales/logistic related meetings

  • Maintain updates for retail counters within Optimise after re-fits

  • Provide administration support with openings and closures of accounts

  • Other duties as necessary


Essential Skills/Experience required of the Optimise Administrator Assistant:



  • Commercial and administrative skills, including Advanced proficiency on Microsoft Excel & Outlook and intermediate proficiency on Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience working in a people-oriented environment requiring interaction with team at all levels

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data

  • Ability to present information to an audience with confidence

  • Good numerical skills with the ability to spot trends/incorrect figures

  • Ability to prioritise work without supervision, work under pressure

  • Pro-active, hardworking and very flexible

  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of all aspects of the role
