Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established prestigious company based in Aldermaston. Our client is looking for a permanent Order Processor Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08.30am - 17.00pm and 08.30am - 13.30pm on Friday. Starting asap with a salary range of £20,000 - £23,000k dependant on experience.

Job summary

To assist in order processing, and assist the stock control supervisor in all functions relating to processing of customer/client orders.

Main duties and responsibilities

� Processing customers' orders and generating sales invoices; including general enquiries relating to the orders, and rescheduling sales and purchase orders in line with the customers' requirements.

� Checking supplier's acknowledgements/confirmations, updating customer orders and liaising with the suppliers or sales departments where necessary.

� Chasing suppliers to minimise late deliveries, ensuring customers delivery requirements are met.

� Stock booking, including processing goods receipts.

� Running reports and picking orders for invoicing.

� Maintaining price validates on sales orders

� Checking customers account balances prior to shipping, capturing overdue monies owed.

� Running 'cash basic' order reports - Twice weekly (minimum)

� 'Stock transfer requests' preparation including copy paperwork from supplier.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have: -

� Relevant experience in an office environment

� Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel.

� SAP experience (Ideally)
