Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Advisor


Salary: £20,000 - £21,000


3 Month Temporary Contract


Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30


Location: Bredbury, Stockport


An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Outbound Customer Service Advisor. The role of Outbound Customer Service Advisor requires an enthusiastic and self-assured individual with good organisation skills, a great telephone manner and a passion for customer service and sales.


Job will involve:



  • Contacting customers that have used them in the past to find out what they are doing and who they are currently using to service their needs

  • Understand what the needs of the customers are and sending out quotes and following up on calls

  • Providing exceptional customer service and dealing with queries on the calls


Experience Required:



  • Previous outbound calling and sales experience

  • An excellent verbal and written communicator

  • Organised

  • Excel skills

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and willing to work hard
