PA / Office Administrator

(remote working)

Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced PA / Office Administrator to join our client based in Cardiff City centre. The post is full time (35 hours per week) and fixed term for 6 months to cover for a period of absence with the possibility of extension if required.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum/ £12 - £14.89 per hour

Duties and responsibilities will include…

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the finance division and to members of the senior team.

  • Act as the first point of contact, assisting with interpreting and prioritising requests for contact and/or information, re-directing queries and forwarding relevant requests to the Directors as required.

  • Ensure that an understanding of the importance of confidentiality is applied when undertaking all duties.

The ideal candidate will have…

  • A-Levels or equivalent

  • Experience in administration

  • The ability to communicate well and have a positive attitude, friendly attitude.

  • The ability to solve problems using initiative and creativity.
