Adecco are delighted to be handling this great new job opportunity for a loyal client of ours on the recruitment need for a Personal Assistant/ Secretary. This company works with business owners and credit managers providing credit information to assure efficiency and success. The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA, someone that is used to audio, short hand and speed writing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of newsletters & other sales training material
- Prepare for and support sales training courses
- Liaise as necessary with other departments, suppliers for bookings
- Assist with the help desk function and the on-boarding of new clients to the company
- Responsible for maintaining department paper and electronic records
- Managing straight-forward data downloads from clients and uploading of the data onto their systems
- General administration
Requirements:
- Work well independently
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
