A brand-new opportunity has arisen to work as part of a lively, friendly and well-respected Wealth Management firm, providing administrative support. This is an exciting, fast paced and varied role, which will include liaising with clients and Financial Planners.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an IFA practice * Knowledge and understanding of products such as pensions, investments (ISA's, Investment Bonds) * Effective communication, both written and verbal * Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude

Your role will be to conduct detailed research and reports of the client's current situation in the short, medium and long term relating to their pensions and investments. You will be able to explain complex solutions clearly and produce comprehensive financial planning reports whilst working closely with the Financial Planners.

  • The successful applicant will ideally be Diploma Status and have ambitions of studying further. You will have in depth knowledge of Pensions, Investments within private client advice.

  • This role will suit an intelligent and articulate individual who is looking to further their career as a Paraplanner within a prestigious firm.

  • Accurate data input and keeping back office system updated

  • Onboarding and supporting Financial Advisers

  • Producing annual review documents

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and fully IT literate

  • Knowledge and experience in working with provider platforms

  • Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy

  • Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines, with a keen and flexible attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Initiative to develop own ideas and projects to assist in the ongoing development of our client proposition

  • Great communication skills, highly motivated with the will to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment and a strong team player

  • Full CII Training provided and if you wish to further their career to becoming an adviser our client will support this.
