We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant on behalf of a Manufacturing company in Mildenhall. The role will consist of 20 hours a week over a four day period.


Within the role you will be tasked with Bank Reconciliations and Maintaining Balance Sheet Reconciliation Spreadsheets. Maintaining Fixed Asset Register, Accruals & Prepayments Spreadsheets. Producing weekly Sales Order Analysis Reports, monthly Cost of Sales and Sales Analysis Reports.


You will also be required cover holiday for the Sales and Purchase Ledger Controllers, administer general office tasks to support the Company Management Accountant who will be the member of staff you report in to.


The client is looking for a candidate that is a team player with an exceptional eye for detail and possesses strong organisational and prioritisation skills. The candidate will also have to be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and ideally will be qualified on AAT level.
