The job role consists of the following duties

  • Purchase Ledger invoices & credit note processing

  • Preparing Bacs payments

  • Maintenance of Nominal Ledger

  • Bank transaction processing

  • Maintain Debtor & Creditor records

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations including Bank recs

  • Supplier statement reconciliations and dealing with supplier queries

  • Credit control

  • Maintain Intercompany ledgers

  • Collating monthly overtime & expenses summaries and other payroll tasks as required

  • Supporting the FC in preparing month end/year end accounts

  • Monitor stock prices and assist in stock counts as required

  • Liaise with staff on Finance matters

  • Assist with Sales Ledger processing

  • Analysis of Transport costs

  • General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
