Part-Time Administrator


Our growing client based in Witham are looking for a Part-time Administrator to join their expanding team on a temporary ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service and great attention to detail. This temporary role has the prospect of becoming a permanent position for the right person.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Answering all correspondence via email and telephone

  • Liaising with contractors, providing updates on orders, production times and delivery details

  • Scanning/printing documents, ensuring correct compliance

  • Raising purchase orders and invoices

  • Payroll support

  • The first point of contact, answering the office line and directing calls to the appropriate person

  • General admin duties



Desired



  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a customer service/admin role

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent attention to details



Type: Temporary ongoing


Salary: £9.50 per hour


Hours: 3 days a week, 8:00am - 5:00pm
