Our client a Charity organisation is looking for a part time Administrator to work in their marketing team, hours Monday 6 hours, Tuesday - Thursday 5. Starting immediately for 12 weeks. The role will be based at home, however if the offices open back up this may change, so some flexibility here would be good. Pay £11.08ph.


In this role, your accountabilities and responsibilities are…



  • Act as first point of contact for supporter enquiries, providing excellent levels of customer service when responding to phone, email, and mail enquiries

  • Support Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Managers/Executives to deliver National Marketing campaigns - this may include data checking, data delivery, artwork checking, basic copywriting, briefings and liaising with external suppliers

  • Ensure effective delivery of administrative support across the programme and develop strong working relationships with key departments, e.g. Fundraising Support Centre, Supporter Donations Team

  • Code invoices, updating and maintaining expenditure and supporter databases as required

  • Provide regular email updates on National Marketing activity and performance to internal stakeholders

  • Ensure central team documents are created and updated including: performance and expenditure trackers, trend tracking and team costs

  • Support the Head of National Marketing Fundraising in organising and delivering meetings, away days and team events

  • Helping Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Managers to deliver social media activity to engage and retain supporters

  • Ensure you are aware of and abide by all relevant regulation (e.g. Data Protection, Institute of Fundraising) and the policies

  • Be familiar with and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures at all times


To do this role, you will have…



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience of working in an administrative environment

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role, delivering excellent customer service

  • Experience of standard IT office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic use of customer databases e.g. Access

  • Experience of successfully liaising with others both internally and externally to deliver team goals
