Our client is now looking for a Part-time Administrator to join their business. You will be assisting with the day to day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Your duties will include:

Dealing with queries over the phone & via email
Taking orders, requesting quotations and placing orders
Preparation of documents and general ad hoc duties
Liaising and supporting the wider teams when necessary
Scanning & filing paperwork

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of excel
