ADECCO South Wales are looking for a Part Time Administrator for their client based in Swansea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Professional to join a growing manufacturing company.

The role comes with great long-term development opportunities for the right candidate.


The Role:

Provide office support to the team, including:

- Answering the telephone and responding to emails

- Scheduling tasks and maintaining electronic diary

- Booking training and accommodation

- Data entry and updating spreadsheets

- Submitting staff expenses

- Processing orders and POs

The Ideal Candidate:

- Strong administrative experience

- Financial background an advantage

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or construction background an advantage, but not essential
