Part Time Administrator
Mon- Fri 9.30am-2.30pm ,25 hours per week
£22-24k pro rata
9-12 Month Contract
Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Job Spec:



  • Logging all incoming enquiries

  • Assist marketing with seminar bookings

  • Manage all training sessions & bookings including attendance, hotel bookings, producing certificates, issuing cards, lunches, goodie bags, etc.

  • Maintaining and updating data bases

  • Liaise with relevant department/s for replenishment of stock.

  • Type up letters/emails/memos for internal and external staff when required

  • Book accommodation/ travel for internal / external staff as and when required.

  • Organise Business meetings and events as required.

  • Raise Purchase orders

  • Any other administrative duties as and when required.

  • Provide holiday/lunch cover for administration/reception staff when required
