£12-15 per hour depending on experience


Are you an experienced book-keeper, accountant, or finance professional? Looking for flexible part-time hours?


We are currently recruiting for an experienced book-keep who has an advanced level of Excel to work for an exciting small yet growing business in Andover.


Responsibilities include:


- Daily accounting and preparing month and year end accounts for an external accountant


- Extensive analysis of business performance against KPI's using Excel to present information from various sources


- Detailed analysis of figures and royalties and preparing invoices accordingly


- Issue payments, deal with credits, banking and reconciliations


- Prepare budget information and ensure this is monitored closely


- General administration support for the Director and Operations Manager



The ideal candidate will have:


- advanced Excel skills e.g. graphs, pivot tables, vlookups (this is essential)


- proven experience in a book-keeping or accounts role within a commercial environment


- be flexible to cover holidays of the small team


- be willing to be involved in other parts of the business where required
