Have you got previous experience managing a company's accounts? Do you have experience working with quickbooks? Are you available to start immediately?


Our client is looking for a Book Keeper to support them on a part time basis from 16 - 24 hours a week.


The ideal candidate will need to have managed a company's accounts previously from start to finish. You will need to have experience working with quick books and ideally comfortable working within a small team.


Your duties will include -



  • Accruals and prepayments

  • Balancing accounts

  • Reconciliation

  • Accounts receivable and payable


Alongside the above you will be responsible for some audit calls therefore a good telephone manner will be essential.
