If you are, Adecco are currently recruiting for a part time Onsite Contract Manager for their client East Sussex County Council. The role will be primarily based between Eastbourne and Lewes with the occasional day travelling into our London Based Office.



The main function of the Contract Manager role is to be the first point of contact and be an invaluable support to our clients HR Contract Management Team.



The ideal candidate will ensure that all temporary recruitment requests for the council are fulfilled both directly and via our extended supplier chain. You will also be responsible for service delivery around time to fill, issue management, CV quality control, compliance and system management.



You will / have:



  • Proven customer service, relationship building and problem-solving skills

  • Ideally, supply chain management experience

  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn

  • Experiencing of using IT systems, preferably platforms used for recruitment and selection

  • Excellent computer literacy including excel and other MS Office packages

  • Experience of recruitment / business development would be an advantage




Duties will involve:



  • Identifying potential recruitment opportunities to generate direct temporary placements

  • Offering consultative service to Hiring Managers

  • Meeting with key stakeholders/ Heads of Service to discuss various requirements and provide market advice where appropriate.

  • Order Management via recruitment IT platform, Adecco Recruitment Hub, as well as the wider supply chain.

  • Creating ad-hoc Management Information to support colleagues and clients

  • Reporting to Account Manager re set KPI's

  • Ensuring that all new recruits meet requirements and are fully compliant prior to engagement

  • Manage all issues and queries and maintain our issue log, in line with service level agreement

  • Conduct supplier forums and conferences where necessary to support client requirements

  • Meeting with direct workers and looking at ways to attract candidates for positions with the support of the recruitment hub and local attraction initiatives.

We offer a very attractive starting salary based on skills and experience. Furthermore, all travel outside primary base will be eligible to be expensed.
