This is a dual role involving Credit Control for both the UK and Internationally. Joining a friendly team in the Redhill area on a part time basis. The position is for 20 hours per week. Flexible as to how this is worked, morning, afternoons etc. There is free parking onsite.


Duties:



  • Recording and allocating receipts, maintaining cash book, reconciling customer accounts, bank accounts.

  • Contacting customers (telephone, fax, letter etc.,) for outstanding payments.

  • Preparing monthly statements and reports.

  • Arranging for the opening of new accounts, checking references

  • Working with Internal sales

  • Reviewing customer credit limits



Seeking someone with:



  • Experience in Credit Control is essential

  • Experience in currencies

  • Good telephone manner

  • Dealing with customers across the globe

  • Computer skills
