Adecco Croydon are recruiting for a customer service assistant on a temporay basis to work for one of our clients, based in the Croydon area.

You will be working within an educational institution based in their Library.

Main Duties will include:

  • To handle cash and card transactions in relation to library and print services and ensure College financial regulations are observed.

  • To have a good standard of literacy and numeracy along with the ability to write neatly.

  • To be able to work accurately with attention to detail.

  • To be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity and inspire trust among colleagues.

  • To be able to contribute to the team culture with is equitable, respectful and supportive and which is amenable to the vision, plans and values of the College.

  • To work to agreed deadlines and priorities.

  • To have excellent time management skills.

  • To ensure the library service meets its obligation to provide a welcoming and supportive service.

Working hours as follows:

Monday - 2-6pm

Tuesday - 2-6pm

Wednesday - 12.30-5pm

Thursday - 2-6pm

Friday - 12.30-5pm

*DBS will be required for this position*
