We have a great opportunity to work with our Higher Education client based in Tooting, London. They are recruiting for a Part time - temporary Faculty Administrator paying £15.33 per hour. You will be based on site for 1 day a week and the rest of the week from home.

The role is for 18.5 hours a week and this can be 4 days a week at 4.5 hours a day or for 5 days a week 3 � hours a day. The client can be flexible on the time of the day you work as long as its within 8-6.

The Faculty's professional administration and support teams work together to ensure business and support services are effective, efficient, and sustainable in meeting the needs of our students, staff, stakeholders and areas of work.

Act as the Faculty Mitigating Circumstances Coordinator providing the highest standards of organisation and support for the Mitigating Circumstances process including:

  1. Processing student requests for Mitigating Circumstances in line with Programme Regulations

  2. Working in collaboration with the Student and Programme teams and where required Academic staff and members of Central Services e.g. Registry to ensure that all appropriate paperwork is provided for review

  3. Ensure relevant outcome data from applications is passed to the Student and Programme teams in sufficient time to facilitate the maintenance of student records and production of assessment board grids

  4. Ensure relevant outcome data from applications is passed to Academic Staff and/or central services contacts in sufficient time to allow for any required actions or support provisions for students to be completed/put in place

  5. Integrity check any information on outcomes from panels prior to issuing to ensure that information/data is correct and that it is being passed onto the appropriate individuals or teams in line with data confidentiality guidelines.
