  • To achieve maximum sales at all times by supporting the management team with the shops targets.

  • Sorting and processing donated goods

  • Identifying more unique items and passing them to our e-commerce team

  • Attending relevant meetings & undertake all training required

  • To support the overall core non-furniture business as and when required.

  • To ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

  • Support your line manager in facilitating the required Gift Aid donor sign up process\and conversion rates on all donations.

  • To promote and advertise the great work carried out by the client

  • Ensure all financial, cash handling and security procedures are adhered to as per the Manager's Manual.

  • Notify Line Manager and Hospice in the event of a security incident. This includes dishonesty by any member of staff or volunteer.

  • Ensure all staff and volunteers lock all valuables in a locker.

Working hours

Either a Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 8am - 6pm (7.5hrs)

Working Various Locations within Sheffield.

Duration of assignment: (TEMP) 6 months

Pay Rate: £9.86 p/h
