Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client based in Newbury who are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator. The role is working 25hrs a week, Mon-Fri and offering a pay rate of £11ph, plus excellent company benefits including 20 days holiday plus bank holiday, increasing with length of service and free parking.



Provide administrative and organisational support to Business Operations and Business Services including:



  • Responding to Commercial customer enquiries and queries on Helpdesk

  • Maintain company computer files for customers and suppliers

  • Set up new/cancel cleaning contracts online

  • Create and maintain site documentation

  • Maintain service checks and contract review records, SDA's & PAT Testing Results

  • Assist with replenishing supplies through external contractors

  • Help maintain COSHH and site documents

  • Logging business reviews

  • Arrange vehicle repairs and servicing as requested, manage vehicle documentation

  • Support fire risk assessment inspections, fire alarm and equipment tests

  • Process PPE and uniforms orders as required

  • Ordering Stationery/Printer Cartridges

  • Covering holidays for Business Operations Coordinator


Supporting office based staff by:



  • Assisting with company audits

  • Taking phone calls and enquiries

  • Meeting and greeting suppliers and visitors
